Due to reduced resources and volunteer shortage, we have had to suspend our face to face drop in service, but we are still providing a full service by telephone, email, and limited face to face appointments.

2025/26 Christmas/New Year period:
We shall be open up to 23rd December. with telephone advice only until midday on 24th December.
Our service will then close and reopen, as normal, on Monday 5th January 2026.

We are sorry, but advice requested by email after 19th December cannot be replied to until early January.
